I have been on Lexapro for 6 weeks and although it does AMAZING for my anxiety, it makes me very tired. So tired that I haven't been working out. I was thinking about asking to doc for Wellbutrin to counter the lethargicness. Any tips out there to help with the sleepiness?

I didn't have that issue with the Lexapro--if anything, it kick started my working out because I wasn't so sad/stressed. Sorry it's having that affect. :(

I wouldn't ask for anything else. Start taking the Lexapro right before you go to sleep at night.

What time of day do you take it?

I had the opposite effect, it would keep me wide awake so I started taking it in the morning instead of at night. Maybe try taking it right before bed and see if that helps?
If not then I would talk to your Dr.

I'd give it a couple of months before you try anything else. Your body will get used to it and you'll feel differently. I agree with whomever said to try taking it before you go to sleep. Make sure you're doing all the good nutrition/enough sleep/etc, too.
