Introduction

Hello Everyone!
My name is Kelly and I live in New Hampshire! I started using MyFitnessPal (religiously) about three weeks ago. I've been so focused on learning the tools and tracking my foods that I am just now getting out into the community. I just recently found out that I have back problems (other than the pain, I've had for 3 years). I have degenerative chanes in my spine, which my doctors says in very common in elderly people, I however am 23. That is my main inspiration to lose my weight. I don't want to be cripple by age 30. I joined a gym, and I'm trying to go at least 5 days a week. I work really close to it which does make it easier. I love the motivation that my family and friends give me and it truly does push me to move forward. I love tips and short cuts so please share with me! I look forward to my future and what it has in store for me. I'm looking to lose around 121 pounds in all. I'm not setting a goal as too when I want to lose it by becuase I find that's when I fail at dieting. I get discouraged when I don't reach where I want to be by the time I wanted it. So this is just a long term diet.
