Parfait v. Peanut Butter

For the first time, I have compared my 2 go-to breakfasts (thanks to MFP). The peanut butter on whole wheat sandwich gives me 498 calories, 32 whopping grams of fat, and 19 g of protein. The yogurt/grape nutes/banana parfait (which I thought would be a WHOLE LOT healthier) gives me 580 calories, 4 g of fat, and 14 g of protein.
So, which should I choose? Or should I go with something else altogether? I am looking for something quick and easy. I have 2 jobs, a LONG commute, and a young child, so don't have the time to do much in the mornings. Thanks for any help you can give.
