Hello my name is Ceciley.
After having my baby about 4 months ago I have lost about 35 pounds. I now weigh at around 127 and am looking to get toned and lose the extra flab.
Today I am going to start the couch to 5k program and I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with this. I am not good at running and have never really been a runner but I am very excited to start this program.

Running is great and I loved the program, however it will not make you toned, you need to lift heavy for that.0

I just finished Week 1 Day 2 ! It's a nice workout! Especially for a beginner like me!0

I enjoyed it as a way to ease back into running - didn't lose any weight on it that I could tell, but I didn't really start making the effort until December, and did that in the fall to get back on the treadmill with minimal shin splints0
