Hi!

So my friends are engaging in this and I keep finding myself coming back to this site for information - I figured I'd sign up.

I've lost 23lbs since about the end of October. My profile pic is actually as of last week. my "almost midpoint" in weightloss. I've promised my family I'd do this the healthy way. I've never had a problem with wanting to exercise and be healthy. The problem has always been eating right. Even when I was at my highest (200 lbs - YIKES) I ate like crazy - unfortunatly it took a lot to realize this is an issue for me.

I'm hoping the myfitnesspal helps.
