I am 5’6.5” . 41 yrs old. Mom to 3
My goal weight is 130-135. I am 134.2# so I am at my goal weight. When I weighed 125 I looked to skinny and got sick easily., I gained weight partly to do some health issues, up to 150. I am back down to 135-ish and it seems a good weight on me. I am fine loosing a few morel unds, but it doesn't matter much at this point.
I am working put more, maybe the 125 will look better with some muscle definition... I don't plan on striving hard for that weight though. We'll see.0 -
I'm 5 ft. 6.5 in, and I started out at 139 lbs. My initial goal weight was 127 lbs, and eventually got moved to 125 lbs. I lost the initial goal weight in a little under 3 months, and continued to lose a couple pounds when I was trying to figure out maintenance mode.0

I'm 5'6.5" Before kids I was 120, but would be happy to be 130 to 135 now. I am currently 147 but hope to have it gone by summer when I turn 40!0

I'm 5'7" and my current weight is 132. my goal weight was 135, from 147 which i hit in the almost last year (april) here on mfp. i think i'm pretty much at my goal weight, but i definitely need to get rid of my jiggly stomach still and my legs could use some work. i'm surprised to see a lot of people answering in the low 120's that seems really low to me! to each their own, we all carry it differently!
**edit this to say my cals are set for 1450 a day though i rarely hit that. my highest weight was 210.0 -
Hi, I just joined today, but looks like we are very similar. I am in the US and use pounds but I am 140 lbs (i looked up 63kg and it said 138/139 pounds). I am shooting for 128 or a 12lb loss. 1 stone equals 14 lbs. My daily goals are 1300 calories. I am already working out 5 days a week for 30 minutes each time. What are your daily goals? (Oh btw, I am 5'7" too.)

sorry about the slow reply! sounds really promising, im currently aiming for 1200 calories per day also including a fitness dvd (30 Day Shred)
I've been under my calorie goal everyday since joining (last week) and have weighed in once loosing 2.2lb0 -
I am 5ft. 6in. You can see from my ticker where I started and what my goal is, but I intend to reevaluate myself at 150 and if I feel I need to I will continue on to 140 and reevaluate again. I wont go below 130, though.0

I'm 5'7 and my goal is 125-130. I started at 153 about 2 weeks ago, my current weight is 148.0 -
5'6" My initial goal is 165 lbs.
Ultimately I'd love it if I could get down to 140.0 -

Im right around 5 7 or 5 6 and my goal is 135 (i was 110 before kids but that was WAY too skinny for me) i started at 211 and im at 168 now0 -
I'm 5'7 and 24 years old.

Hi! I am 5 6&1/2, and am currently 157. I have never been able to get below 140, but in a perfect world, I would be 130. I go more based on sizes, and would like to get from an 8-10 to a 4.

That's my height, and I will be more than happy back in an 8.
As an adult, even when I was skinny, I was never a 4.
My mother was a size 4 when she died of cancer, and it was NOT a good look at 5'6" - it was a starved refugee look.0 -
I'm 5'6 and my lowest weight in my 20s (I'm now 35) was 147lbs and I was a US size 6/8 then (UK 10/12) and it's that size I am aiming for,
I was 220lbs a few weeks after my 2nd child was born in 2011 and i'm not down to 163 and I'm wearing a lot of the clothes I wore at 147. I need to get rid of the mummy tummy and get down to about 150 and that will put me back at a US size 6 I think.
I weigh a lot more than I look like I do. People are always shocked that I weigh so much!0 -
