My new favourite dessert... 2 ingredients and 140 calories!

I was so happy I discovered this last night. It really satisfied my sweet tooth.

Just get some canned peach slices (and drain them), and dump a cup of Snack Pack/Jello French Vanilla Pudding (No Sugar Added) on top and enjoy!

1 cup of Clingstone peach slices .... 80 cals / no fat / 14g sugar
100g of Jello French Vanilla Pudding (no sugar) ... 60 cals / 1g fat / no sugar

So yummy!

    MMmm... That sounds awesome!! I will try that...sounds like a pie in a bowl. Yum!

    My favourite two ingredient snacker like that is sliced strawberries with a tablespoon or two of Quik or other chocolate milk syrup...even the reduced sugar kind. Strawberries are so low on calories...plus they're a Superfood in some circles. And the chocolate syrup will run you so few calories per sweet tooth value. I also like to do the same thing with bananas and cinnamon...but the banana is higher in calories than the strawberries are.

    Mmmm strawberries and chocolate is delicious! Never thought about using a chocolate syrup, great idea. :)

    Dipping apple slices in yogurt is also quite tasty!
