New! Lots to Lose, Looking for Accountability :)

I'm a 32-year old mama to a very energetic 2-year old, and I have been "on a diet" for over 20 years. I am ready to just do it. No more "diets" - just being held accountable for what I eat (if I make less than ideal choices sometimes, it shouldn't derail my entire effort), and motivated to move more. I want nothing more than for my outside to look like my inside feels - fun and beautiful. I know these types of stories aren't new to most people here. I'm just looking for support from people who actually get what it is like to feel the way I do inside.

I have a LOT (~160 lbs) to lose to be at an ideal weight for me, but for now my goal is the first 80. Trying to set my self up for success by making it less overwhelming, so this can be the last time I START (and eventually QUIT) a plan, and be the day I begin living the way I want to for the rest of my life.

Wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to those who provide advice and motivation on a daily basis. Looking forward to sticking around :)
