Hey guys,

I had a measurement done a few weeks ago and basically what it said was that I am OK as far as lean body mass but I my body fat is way too high. So over the next 5 weeks I am trying to reduce my body fat %. I don't really care as much about total weight just trying to lose fat and gain muscle. I am combining HIIT cardio and circuit (think Jillian michaels) training with strength training (straight weights) trying to do a total of 90min a day. Does anybody have an idea of what a reasonable goal would be for BF loss in this time frame?

I am 168 ish and 5'6" ish currently. With Lean mass of 107lbs and BF of 62lbs for about 36% BF right now. My little chart says "It would benefit you to lose 30lbs of fat and gain 0lbs of muscle" lol. Like that would work....

Sorry typo edit...

I'd say to give it more than 5 weeks. Do strength training so that you don't lose the lean mass that you have and eat at a caloric deficit. That's all the advice I can give you
