Nutrition Info for Mashed Cauliflower???

I am starting to make mashed cauliflower for dinners instead of my usual sweet potatoe or salad every night. I simply boil the cauliflower, add a 2-3 tbsp fat free sour cream, and 2-3 tbsp of I can't believe it's not butter, then mash them (this is for a big pot, not a single dinner serving). Very simple. I was just wondering if anyone had an accurate calorie read on this if they make them. MFP has boiled cauliflower from 28 cals per cup all the way up to 70 per cup.

Check with a data base like nutritiondata.com and you'll have your answer, I just don't have the time right now to do it for you.0
