My name is Alan, and I have been using MyFitnessPal for a few months. I think it's a great way to track dieting goals. Before, I was using a calculator every day and figuring numbers. Now I can just plug them in, and everything is tabulated. What a time saver!

I am a certified personal trainer (though I don't ever charge for advice!)..and have a deep background in advanced training principles, performance nutrition, as well as general nutrition.

Right now, I no longer have aspirations to compete as a natural bodybuilder, but I am 100% natural and always will be.
