A huge challenge! Month 1's hardest routines are like Month 2's warmup

True. And the first month is already a killer cardio without. I felt like i was in decent shape going into it and on day two i was in the backyard dry heaving ha... That said, I loved the workouts and still do them from time to time. My wife and i both saw big changes in endurance over the sixty days. I highly recommend it if you're willing to commit.

It's mad, you will find yourself doing it and thinking "this is insane" lol.
  • Really? It looks kinda intense to me

It is boring. But I mean, repetitive, monotonous. I don't mean it's not a challenge or a good workout. I'm in my last week and a half, and I'm glad bc i'm tired of doing the same thing over and over again. lol

It's intense! I love it! Yes, it does get repetitive, but they never get easy! I swear, you finish month one and you're like "Yay! I'm starting to get the hang of this, I can finally mostly keep up." and then they bring in month to and it's like, "F***!!"

But in all seriousness, it's a great work out if you can keep at it. Try getting a workout buddy to do it with you!
