Superbowl Recipes?!

The Superbowl is approaching, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who plans to partake in the festivities ;) I've been looking for healthier alternatives to regular Superbowl party food, and I've found a few from my favorite website skinnytaste.com but I'm definitely going to need more. Some that are obviously healthy, and some that are good enough that the boys won't know I'm sneaking them lower calorie versions of their favorite Superbowl foods. :) Please share if you have any recipes!

I posted my favorite the other day...see http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/859012-healthy-football-food

It has been husband-tested and passed with flying colors.

I made homemade "refried beans" the other night..and it was great with tortilla chips. Get low sodium bacon and cook just 1 slice, chopped. Open 1 can of northern beans and pour can into hot bacon fat and cook until boiling. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. Add all to the food processor and process for several minutes, pulsing off and on. Add cumin, garlic powder, and taco sauce or salsa to taste.

You could make this with lower fat sour cream, cheese, veggies as a layered dip.
