Little extras???

Starting workout about two weeks ago. Currently doing a kind of crossfit workout. Wanting to do a few additional things at home but just want to make sure it won't mess up anything with my current workouts. And also don't want to do it if it's not going to help. Don't mean anything major just extra situps, butterflies, leg lifts, pushups etc. (just little things I can do during commercials in the evening or something) Is this okay or not??????
