Anyone use a Trampoline / Rebounder?

I am looking for some cardio to do inside my little apartment on freezing or rainy days... I've always been curious about a mini trampoline, and have read that they can burn more calories than jogging. Does anyone know if this is true? Anyone have experience doing this? I would really appreciate your input/opinions/suggestions. thanks so much in advance !

I have one and love it! The best way to get the most efficient answer here is to wear a heart rate monitor. It really depends on intensity and length of work out. I do jumping jacks, jogging, and just other nonsensical bouncing around.0

Thanks! I will definitely take you advice on the heart rate monitor, that's a great idea. Can't wait to get started! I guess I just needed some reassurance that this would be worthwhile... it seems way to fun to be exercise0
