Hi my name is Michelle I've been on a weight loss journey what see,
ms to be my entire life, up and down and I'm pretty much sick of it. I have been tracking for a couple months now and I'm looking for some friends to share recipes and motivate each other. I'm currently hitting a plateau and frustrated because I feel like I'm working really hard and being told I need to do more! I go to the gym 4 days a week at eat 1500 cal a day. Anyone have a any ideas for busting this plateau??
