Strawberry cheesecake protein shake!

So I did a little experimenting yesterday after the gym with my protein shake... Found some strawberries in the fridge and a packet of sugar free pudding mix in the cabinet- thought I'd give it a shot and it came out AWESOME.

I mixed:
12 oz. unsweetened almond milk (can use any milk, really)
1 scoop vanilla protein
5 strawberries (the strawberries I have are quite large)
2-3 tablespoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (approximate-I didn't measure)
1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice

Blend. Enjoy :drinker:

[I'm not quite sure what the calorie/protein/other numbers are, I didn't enter it in the recipe maker. It would fluctuate depending on the type of milk, protein, etc.]

[Edited to add: I also included 1 scoop of creatine, everything still blended well]

If you use frozen strawberries, do you still need the ice?
Would I need to adjust other liquids?

Hmm...not sure, I used fresh. I probably wouldn't use the ice if I used the frozen berries. If it comes out too runny/liquidy you could always add a couple in to thicken it up.
