Help me out here, please!

How many cups of popcorn is made from hot-air popping 1/2 a cup of popcorn?

    Not sure but 3 Tbsp unpopped is a standard serving... so a 1/2 cup would be a lot!

    check out my food diary. I am having air popped popcorn tonight. I am planning on eating 4 cups popped. It works out to 80 cals.

    But really you can eat 7 or 7.5 cups of popped popcorn and its 150 cals with no butter or salt.
