How to get enough protein w/out going over on fat?

I'm having a hard time meeting my protein goal and the closer I get, the more I wind up going over in fat. I'd love some suggestions on high protein snacks and side dishes that I may not have thought of or considered.

    Chicken breasts are high protein and low fat. Egg whites are also great (I usually do one whole with 3-4 whites). You can check out my food diary for ideas.

    ETA: I have eggs at breakfast, chicken at lunch and dinner. That's usually more than enough to hit my target without needing to add protein snacks or supplements.
