If you're too sick to get out of bed then screw logging.
    Just focus on getting better.

    #$%^ logging food.

Do what you need to do to get better. Once you feel better, wait another couple of days.

Then go back to your life.

Personally, I did. Then I can go back and look at my notes and be like 'Oh, yeah, that's when I felt absolutely F-ing awful'. But if I was barely able to get out of bed or would have preferred sleeping over logging, then I would have logged an empty day.
  • you're sick- dont worry about it until youre better. Try heating up some chicken broth and drinking it...stay hydrated with tons of water!!!

What everyone else said up there!!

I've been sick with it since Thurs and I haven't been able to eat properly either, and oddly I'm not even hungry.

    Hope you feel better soon!

I've been sick (not the flu) but bad cold/sinus infection... for the past few days I haven't logged a darn thing. I adhered to "feed a cold", ate when I was hungry to fuel my body's recovery and I'll worry about getting back with the program when I get back over this bug.
