First Post on my own

I started over on January 1. I have logged in all 21 days so far. I have a few very basic goals. To log in 365 days in a row no matter what I eat. I gave up wheat, dairy (except a little butter for cooking purposes) and all chips for the month of January. I made that commitment small so that I wouldn't feel imprisoned. I don't miss the dairy I am actually enjoying black coffee which is what I figured would be the hardest. Chips had become a really bad habit on my part and I knew I had to break it. But wheat has been the real killer, I love good bread. So I will revisit my goal on those particulars on February 1. I also am committed to at least 5 days of vigorous weekly. Right now that is WATP 3 Mile fat blaster + 20 minutes of Pilates. The sad and shaming part is that both tapes were things I could do easily once upon a time. But I am determined to regain that strength and stamina. I plan on transitioning to the 30 day shred on February 1. I need to lose 70lbs to make goal.
