Almost out of calories for the day...

Early morning junk food snack has me almost out of calories for the day :( Besides drinking water, how can I manage - it's only 2pm.!!! I don't do well with hunger and don't feel the need to punish myself, but don't want to do too much damage. I'm off my feet due to injury, so I can't walk for hours to work it off. I could do some floor exercise, but really don't have any idea what to do for that, as walking has been my way of exercising. Please give any suggestions that have worked for you. Thanks! I do not have a gym membership.

Your health is way too important to deprive yourself of calories for the rest of the day so do you best to eat healthy for the rest of the day and deal with the consequences. Then get back at it tomorrow! As for your injury you could also do seated upper body work like punches and side twists and do ab work on the floor but I would definitely recommend paying attention to your food intake until you're back on your feet!

do you have an exercise bike? Try lifting weights. do some pushups. do some crunches. youtube floor exercises. There are some for your stomach, thighs (inner and outer) and butt.

Veggies, veggies, and more veggies. If I find myself close to going over for the day, I have 3-4 cups of broccoli and 6 oz of chicken for dinner. Total is about 350 calories, lots of fiber and lean protein to fill you up.

Eat tons of veggies, drink lots of water, and don't deprive yourself!
Try some leg lifts, and if you don't have any weights just improvise and use something in the house and lift lift lift!

Thanks for the You Tube idea!!! I will need something until my feet recover, so that is a great resource.
