Anyone ever tried it. There's a free months subscription in my WH magazine so I figured I might as well try it. It tells you exactly what to eat and how to exercise based on the plans that you pick. You can swap out and exchange the food menu if you don't like it and you can also change the exercises you do if you don't have that type of equipment or something. I figure its free to try so there's no harm in trying it out. Women's Health has never done me wrong before. I need something to get me back in the game.

I asked this question a few months ago and was told it is worth it only when it's still free.0

Did you try it out at all while it was free? I'm gonna take advantage of it while it is free but I just want to know how people felt about it.0
