I am need of some exercise support. I think I am good on the diet willpower, (for the moment).lol, but I need some encouragement to get out there and walk, bike, or even take a class with someone (or a group).

I enjoy places like the Trail from Conyers to Johnson Park, Arabian Mountain trails, Stone Mountain, Lanora Park, and especially love State Park wooded trails.

Hope to hear from someone... :-)
