Getting fit for good!

Hi! I am a mom of 5 and in desparate need of support and motivation. My days are so hectic between work, kids and dr. visits(ie. Kids). I have left little time for myself. I was recently turned on to the inspiration words of "I DECIDE". Boy did that hit a button for me. I have always been a believer of making your life what it is. Only you can make a change for the better or worse. Well those words me so much to me. I am the only one holding me back from the person I can be and only I can decide to make that change. So here I am making the 1st steps to DECIDE to make a change. I have started to use the myfitnesspal app on my phone and have recently reordered a fitness program I love, Slim in 6. I used Slim in 6 eons ago to get back into shape after my 1st child. Needless to say I don't have a VHS tape player anymore so I had to break down and order the DVD. I have about 50 lbs to lose. So if there is anyone out there that would like to team up with me, please do!

  • We are about in the same range! I have 3 kids and turned 40 last year and need to shake these slowly creeping pounds! I also used slim in 6 a long while ago, I really like many of the beach body stuff and I have to switch my workouts around- I get bored! I am doing a 30 min workout in the morning (usually Firm or Turbo Jam) before work and then walking a mile in the evening with the dogs. Good luck with your journey!

    Great decision, I ave a different story but am on the same journey and really love this site 24 lbs to lose and lots of toning to do! After 4 months of a hip injury I am finally in a place to start exercise little by little and need to reach my goal by June and my wedding. Happy to help anytime xxx
