Hi yall I am wondering if their are other avid juicers and on here and, if so, how you record the calories for the juices that you make? I would think they would have fewer calories than the full fruit as you are removing all but the juice of the fruits and veggies that are being juiced!

They would have denser calories since the fiber is removed. Fiber does not contribute calories to the diet. I don't believe the calorie count would be much different between an apple and the juice of an apple, especially since when you eat an apple you usually don't eat the core. Maybe you could just look up different juices on here and make a recipe entry estimating the proportions of juice varieties you use.0
