I am new to this my second day in I usually give up on diet/eating healthy after a week. I will start exercising and usually give up on that as well I work full time have to sons its hard to find time to eat healthy or exercise but i am really trying this time. I need to lose at least 50 pounds. I hate that I am too tired to keep up with my boys. I am a grazer at work and the problem that is I usually eat unhealthy snack so i am trying to bring fruit and low calorie snacks. I have never tried anything online or sharing with people I don't know so new to all of this. Any tips to keep my on track?
