I think that's how the word is spelled?
Has anyone tried this? It is supposed to help you feel more full. An appetite supressant I believe? I need to stop my cravings at night! I've gotten much better about eating breakfast and small snacks throughout the day. I even want Supper a little earlier than I was wanting it. However, I'm still struggling with the "hunger" at night.
