Hello from a fellow traveler on Day 3

I'm logging with mfp to help me get down to my college weight. I need to drop about 40 lbs. from 190 to 150. I've been down to about 153, 5 years ago, when I went all raw but couldn't maintain that lifestyle. It's unbelievable how fast the pound can creep on when you're not paying attention. I got tired of not having the energy I use to have and have some adventures planned for later this year I want to feel good going into. So here I am. So far so good, the app is pretty easy and I'm incorporating about 70% raw into my diet with smoothies, bars, fruits and vegetables with usually one regular meal per day. Would love to share my experience with anyone else giving it a shot and trying to maximize their experience.
