Low cal delish dinner

Okay so today I was cooking dinner, trying to keep it low cal but as tasty as possible!
-Turkey steak with roasted courgette & carrot and a spicy but creamy tomato sauce
for the sauce it was simply tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, salt pepper, mixed herbs, rosemary, tiny bit of wine, low fat greek yog!
YUM and under 300 cals
