    ...I reckon you must have been doing weight training/lifting...

    I've basically been doing gym work since about the beginning of November. I gained 3kg in three weeks over christmas, and am back to where I was when I left for the holidays.

    I do boxing and boot camp classes as well as personal training. It's the personal training I think that has really given me the drive to keep going. Kinda have to go when there is someone waiting for you to show up.
