Steamer bags - Healthy?

I've found using green giant and birds eye veggie steamer bags are the quickest way for me and my toddler to get veggies in our diet. I eat mostly the plain veggie bags, but she will only eat the veggies and/or pasta with the sauce on it. Sometimes I do eat the sauce covered bags of veggies and pasta. Are these healthy?
I always feel rushed for time when cooking so I never get fresh veggies in unless they are steamer bags. I'm just not sure if they are really considered healthy or not.

In many cases frozen vegetables are better, their standard is 6 hours from field to frozen. If you buy grocery store produce, it may have been picked a week ago in another country. Nothing wrong with frozen vegetables.0

This. Also, the convenience is really good, so it makes getting in the veggies a more achievable goal. Also, they are very tasty to me.0
