Here's a link. I baked mine and it was fine others microwave and say its good too. Read it's good in the fridge after cooking for a few days and can be frozen in ziplock for up to 8 months before its not so good but still edible.0

I just use it like I would spaghetti, with sauce etc. it's really awesome0

I cut it in half put it on a cooking sheet in the oven till you can :
take a fork and scrap the inside out and it pulls out in strings by it's self.0 -
When its raw inside it is like sticking a fork in an apple.
When it is cooked you should be able to scrap the squash out lightly.0 -
Just tried this for the first time last night. I really enjoyed it, since the serving size is pretty big. You can use it to replace noodles, and sometimes potatoes. My husband thinks it tastes a little bit like potatoes.0
