My new workout...suggestions please

So my new workout consists of

Warm up stretches,
30 jumping jacks
50 Russian twists with weights
10 squats
10 side lunges
20 crunches
5 jump squats
30 jumping jacks
Repeat cycle twice and stretching at the end

I plan to do this for 2 weeks and then switch it up any suggestions because I want to loose inches around my stomach waistline and hips any other moves I can add in
