Are you a woman? Are you unhappy with your fitness level? Do you get sore after just a few pushups, sit ups, squats etc? Are you looking to up your game and become stronger? Do you need motivation and support? I created the group for you!
I created a group for women who have a tough time completing a basic workout due to their strength level. I can't personally complete a handful of pushups, situps, squats or any of those type of exercises. I created this group for women who want to create personal goals, challenge themselves, get support and hear other stories.
If you are interested in joining, let me know and I will send you an invitation. It's important that we get beginners so that we can all be working at the same pace of our workout routines! You can do anything that you set your mind to!
