My introduction...

Hi! My name is Felicia. I'm 32 yrs. old, married to my best friend & we have an 11 yr. old daughter. I started my weight loss & fitness journey about 2 years ago & I have lost about 20 lbs. Doesn't sound like a lot, but when you're 5'3" 132 lbs to start, 20 lbs is A LOT! More importantly, I have gained definition & stamina and I feel better than I ever have. I'm not where I wanna be, but I'm getting better everyday.
For the past two years I have logged my calorie intake & exercise using a different app called Loseit. In all honesty, I am just burnt out on it & needed to try something different in order to stay motivated. I look forward to using My Fitness Pal to help me achieve my goals.

    Welcome! 2 years logging is a HUGE accomplishment! Feel free to add me as a friend! I'm 26 5'5 trying to lose 13 lbs, but mostly want to become more active and strong!
