Body media link suscription set up

Hi, I just got a new body media link from costco and it is supposed to come with a 12 month free subscription with it. I went to the body media website to register it and it asks me to buy one? Does anyone know where I am supposed to be looking for the information in the package for the 12 months free in the package? Not sure if I am overlooking it or if I need to contact someone at costco or body media about it. Thank you for your input
