My first NSV! :)

Saturday I weighed in and although the scale did not budge, I know there is a difference in my body. I bought new pants for work Thursday and they're the same size I've been wearing. I didn't bother trying them on since I figured I would wear the same size, however, when I put them on for work I noticed they are much looser. I didn't have to unbutton or unzip to put them on and they settle further down on my hips, which causes me to keep having to pull them up. lol I am very pleased with this. I'm not sure if I'm a size smaller just yet, but I'll be there soon I'm sure. :) So, even though the scale didn't change a bit, there is still a difference. I'll try to keep remembering that and everyone else should too. Good luck guys and gals! :)

that is awesome! The scale LIES. So many people lose fat, and gain a little muscle, and the scale does not reflect that.
