New to this forum, not to the app or trying to live healthy. I'm really hoping to get recipes and success stories out of this. I'm thinking if I have a forum like this to check it will keep me accountable.

    Same (first post ever). I've been using the app on and off for some time. I figured I could use the support and knowledge of the community to help me learn. I'm very new to limiting myself lol. The sucess stories are some serious motivation for sure.
