I'm back again!
I have taken to much time off from MFP. Last time I was on here I lost 20lbs but that was about 8 months ago and since then I have had some injuries and things happen that unfortunately led me to gaining them all back. But now I have moved 7 hours away from home and I am ready to a new lifestye. I need serious friends who will keep me in check and not let me slack. I know I can do this but I need people to help me along the way since I dont know anyone where I live now who have to same interests. Give me an add if you are just a as I am to get fit and healthy!
