Exercising like crazy

I love doing the 10, 12, 20, 30, etc. type of exercise videos.
Tomorrow I'm going to try the shake weight upper body toning and then the 30 minute 2 mile brisk walk.
If I still have energy in the evening I'll do the 12 Minute essential muscle maker workout.:laugh:
