No self control!

I don't know what my problem is. I have been on MFP logging/and making an attempt to lose weight for about a year or so. Needless to say, I haven't lost much. For a while I was doing really good-slowly lost 7 lbs over the summer, but ever since october or so, I just cannot get my food intake under control. Particularly on the weekends. From Monday thru Thursday I eat on a schedule and can really do fine at maintaining an intake of aroung 1300 to 1500 net calories. Exercise is not a problem either. I love the way I feel after a workout, so that aspect is fine too. I workout 4-6 days a week and I know my body is healthier for it. I socialize a lot on the weekends and I tell myself that I'm going to limit my intake at dinners with friends, but I never can. I go in with good intentions, but they quickly fade. Does anyone have any postive suggestions for me? I'm 34 and don't have delusions that I'm going to lose enough to make me a super model, but I'd like to drop 10-15 lbs just for health purposes.

I also would love to add more supportive friends, so please friend request me.
