I started on MFP 9/25/13 at 227.5.
I am currently 209.
My weigh in days are every Tues morning so I am hoping to be down even more in the morning.
I start month 4 on 1/25.
I am excited about my progress so far and can't wait to see the progress in more months to come.
What do you all think?
All I do is calorie count at 1500 a day, Friday's are my cheat days and I do cardio & strength anywhere from 4-6 times a week at the gym.

    You can add pics by uploading to a photo sharing site like photobucket then copy and paste the url with url (img lowercase to work)
    Just looking at your profile pic though you look great! Keep up the great work!
