Hello all:
Question about muscle weight gain.
I stepped on the scale this morning and to my surprise I was up 3 pounds over my 'normal' weight.
The question is: how much muscle weight can one gain after consistently doing weight training three times a week for approximatel 40 minutes each session? I have been doing this for over a month, so is it safe to say that the extra weight is muscle weight?
All of my clothes fit looser and I have also lost inches.
Thanks for your input:flowerforyou:

inches are often a more accurate measure than weight. would suggest that you're right and its muscle.0

Could be water retention from that TOM, or maybe you ate too much sodium and not enough water so it could be water weight.0
