Hi everyone,

I just got my link armband delivered to the house I have downloaded the software and charged the armband, I have tried doing the bluetooth pairing but my galaxy 3s phone won't pick up the data, the blue tooth picks up the arm band but it doesn't transfer. I have now tried the USB cord and the sync doesn't work on my computer either, no error messages it just doesn't recognize the armband. I armband makes all the right noises when I put it on so what the heck have I done wrong or did they send me a dud.

    Try pressing and holding the button for 30 seconds then retry. I had to get mine out of "boot" mode is what bodymedia told me. Hope that helps:)
