The scale doesn't say I'm so much lighter, but WHOA. I'm feeling my upper arms right now and they are FIRM. Not much flab there as compared to 3 months ago before I started a weightlifting program. I HIGHLY recommend the results. The weight loss? Not so much. But the muscle tone? Can't be argued with. My thighs are still large, but they no longer jiggle. And furthermore, I can DO MORE. I can squat longer, bench-press more, do more push-ups, do crunches til tomorrow, etc. My body is no longer limited and I don't feel like a loser in the gym anymore. I'm still big...but it's a FIRM big now.
