Many of the members on here are trying to lose weight. I want to know if any of you guys (and gals) are trying to put on mass using myfitnesspal and any tips and tricks in doing so. Thanks! feel free to add

I'm a gal interested in putting on a bit of mass. However- I'm just getting back into exercising after being useless (and more than a little lazy) following an injury. Also- my workout regime thus far consists of mostly HIIT training (I tend to work out at home- and HIIT is pretty easy to do at home. I know very little about bodybuilding- but I'll be quite interested to watch this thread to see if I can pick up any tips.0
