I always see these women in workout clothes and think, it's just for show they are not really working out - they just don't want to put "real" clothes on. Well, I am one of those girls now! I love my workout clothes, not to mention my butt looks pretty cute in them 
I am finally going to do this whole healthy lifestyle change that I've been saying I need to do for the past 6 or so years. It's finally time and I am ready!! I am the only one that can make this change and I am really ready. I've been working out for 4 days now and starting a Macronutrient Diet. Here we go, here we change!!!
