Ideas for canned salmon

I invested in some canned salmon today, as I am starting to get a little bored with tuna. My first thought was to make salmon cakes with it, but was wondering if anyone has any other recipes or ideas they'd like to share.

I just love to add pickle, crushed boiled egg, table spoon of crushed onion and table spoon of mayo. great low-carb snack
