Any1 try the 8 hour diet?

I'm doing it now, I think its a great idea, currently I'm skipping breakfast, and starting to eat from 11am - 7pm, sticking to my calories and doing excersize. Anyone else had success?

    It's called Intermittent fasting.

    There are groups on here for it.

    But in reality , it doesn't matter when you eat as long as you are eating the right amount of calories, and if that method suits you, then go for it.
